Charting our Course to 2029! The MCPS Administrative Team kicked off the summer analyzing the efforts on the priorities for 23-24 and identifying the priorities and strategies for 24-25.











We hope our second graders are using their swimming and water safety skills! MCPS is fortunate to have our partnership with the Middlesex Family YMCA and the Deltaville Community Association to provide water safety instruction to all second graders during the last few weeks of school.









What's cooking in the MES Bakery Enrichment Camp this summer? Students have researched and created their own dishes made with chocolate, fondant, and a secret incrediant...potato chips!

Congratulations Kayleigh St. John on your signing for permanent employment with Miller Marine. During her time at Bridging Communities Regional Career and Technical Center, Governor's Stem Academy, Kayleigh earned 29 Dual Enrollment credits and ASE certification in Brakes and Steering Suspension.




It was a full house for the spring concert of the St. Clare Walker Middle School Concert Band and the Middlesex High School Percussion Ensemble and Wind Ensemble!



The MHS baccalaureate service was held Sunday evening and student remarks were provided by senior Trinity Muse. Audience members also heard parent remarks from Karen McMinn and a performance by the MHS Concert Choir. Thank you Harmony Grove Baptist Church for hosting this year's event.








How do you prepare fifth graders for their math SOL? You host a Math Bootcamp! Skill Sargent, Ms. Nuske (5th grade teacher), was joined by our JROTC Senior Army Instructor, SGM (RET) Howard, students in our JROTC program, Staff Sergeant Locas, and members of the Gloucester Army Recruiting Center, which included one of our MHS grads, Private First Class Titus, to take our students through drills that practiced their math skills!
