Do you have a few extra pumpkins ready to be recycled?
2nd grade students had an opportunity to explore mathematics through a pumpkin investigation. Students were tasked with making estimations and creating groups of 10's to find the exact amount of seeds. 67 sets of 10 later, the students' pumpkin contained 673 seeds!

November 11th - November 15th

The MES Fall Book Fair is next week, November 11th-15th!
We invite families to join us on Tuesday, November 12th from 4:00pm-6:30pm for family night.

Recently fifth grade students shared the joy of reading through book buddies with our kindergarten students. Book buddies are a great way to build confidence, provide mentorship, develop community, improve literacy, and foster a love for reading!

The book fair is right around the corner; we would love your help!

With the support of our dedicated volunteers, community partners, and staff, we were able to officially open our new playground area this afternoon. A special "thank you" to the MES PTO, Middlesex Kiwanis, K-Kids, and Operations Department. Your hard work and support have transformed this vision into reality. We hope this playground serves as a reminder of what we can achieve together!

What did you do at school today?
Our fourth grade students' school days have been busy exploring fossils, spending time on the water learning about living organisms, reviewing math skills through glow days, and enjoying a poetry cafe.
