K-Kids visited Mizpah Nursing Home and Commonwealth Assisted Living and completed art projects with the residents at both.

K-Kids Recently Elected Officers - The K-Kids of Middlesex Elementary School recently elected new officers.  The K-Kids of Middlesex Elementary School recently elected new officers. They are, from left, treasurer George Shaw, president Sarah Walton, vice president Cole Stamm, and secretary Darnell Mundin.

The K-Kids, part of the Kiwanis organization under the direction of faculty advisors and principals Mrs. Duke and Mrs. Stamm, have many exciting upcoming community activities planned, including a clothing drive for Hands Across Middlesex, assisting the PTO with activities during parent/teacher conferences, and visiting patients at Mizpah Nursing Home.


K-Kids Collect Pet Supplies to donate to neighborhood animal shelters.
  Middlesex Elementary School K-Kids, sponsored by co-faculty advisors and principals Mrs. Duke and Mrs. Stamm, asked students to wear a costume or dress
wacky for a “furry cause.” Hundreds of food and pet care items were brought in
and donated to the Middlesex Animal Shelter and the Gloucester-Mathews-Middlesex Animal Shelter. Pictured are some of the K-Kids members, front row
